Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.Please note that all orders are shipped as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
When ordering products directly from Fonet, you are considered to be the “importer of record”, and such customers must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. We have no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If the recipient does not pay for the fee upon shipment arrival, the recipient will be responsible for the original shipping charges, and any import fees that are incurred on the package with an additional cost of returning the package to our studio.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
No exchanges on Made to Order
To initiate an exchange or return, please email our team ( info@shopfonet.com) with a note explaining your needs. A pre-paid return label will be provided via email to print and affix to the package.
Once we have received your return package, you will be notified via email. All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible within 10 business days of receiving the order. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns and exchanges must be in new condition. Washed, worn, odorous, stained, or damaged item(s) are not acceptable for exchange or return.
If the item(s) do not meet our return policy standards, a notification will be sent via email providing courier accommodations to return the item(s) to you prepaid for domestic orders only.
US exchange shipping is complimentary.For International size/style exchanges - customers must cover the return shipping cost on the original item or can provide us a label on their end. Once the original item is safely returned and approved by our studio, we will provide 'one-time' free shipping on the exchanged items.
Only one exchange per item will be allowed.

All of our made to order tops are manufactured in Britain. Please allow for 3 to 6 weeks as these pieces are handmade.

We do not provide shipping labels for International returns. For International returns or exchanges - customers must cover the return shipping costs or can provide one on their end. We will not be responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages.
